Yes. There’s no cost and no obligation to work with me afterward.
Do I need to be pre-approved first?
No. If you aren’t yet, we’ll talk through how pre-approval works and what to ask lenders.
Do I have to sign anything?
Not for the consult. Before we tour homes together, a written buyer agreement is required, and I’ll walk you through it in plain English first.
