Meet Mike Hall, Broker and Owner
Mike Hall is the broker and owner of First Flight Realty in Cary. He has spent about 15 years in North Carolina real estate, and he is also a college real estate professor and an NC-approved real estate licensing instructor who teaches prelicensing and continuing education. Before real estate, he was a K-12 teacher, so explaining things clearly is how he works.
That teaching background shapes every transaction. Mike walks buyers and sellers through the numbers, the NC Offer to Purchase, due diligence, pricing and what to expect from offer to closing, in plain English. He holds an MBA and the ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) designation, and he serves Cary, Apex, Raleigh and Holly Springs.
